The roses have been very pretty…

Especially this one.

The lilies were rather sparse…

But the ones that showed up were beautiful.
Next year will be better.

She’s trying to figure out if this is something she needs to tear apart…

There were a few people around here and there. All were doing what I was doing: wandering around filming the desolation.


There was one establishment open in the food court. Don’t ask me why.

Looks like a bunch of lost souls waiting for the end.



This was one of the only open businesses: a Japanese vending machine emporium. It was bright and loud and completely empty.

This used to be THE place to go!

There was a movie theatre on the left, and a Round Table Pizza on the right (and a pet shop next door to that).
The sounds of the abandoned kiddie rides echoing in the emptiness was damn creepy.

Time marches on, and indoor malls have largely gone the way of the dodo.
