Karen is safe now. Be safe like Karen.

A place for my photos and thoughts and stuff.

Disapproving gull disapproves of EVERYTHING, including a nice view of Saddleback. Be that way, bird.
This place is good for the soul.

Marston Quad is on the campus of Pomona College, in the city of Claremont.

Always. We need the help. Badly.

Alfie was informed that her habit of explosively barking at completely random moments is unwelcome. She has never felt so oppressed.

It’s been “used by many” so you know it’s full of Lucky Mo-Jo!

The squirrel, it regrets NOTHING!
The link goes to the final installment of my old photoblog, Dinosaurs Are Extinct. All the action is going down here in these new digs now. It was a fun 6 years, but…onward and upward!

I miss the print version of the Weekly World News so much in its customary spot next to the cash register at the grocery store. I actually had a subscription. I actually made someone I love buy it for me as a gift. A towering paragon of journalistic integrity compared to today’s rank pikers.
You can still enjoy the online version, which is still pretty entertaining. Did you know a mermaid was recently found in a can of sardines? It’s true, because I read it in the Weekly World News!
So it begins.
Monumental things are afoot, even in my own backyard.

Out of sight under a roof of leaves, a nasturtium blooms.

A nice display over by the ancient wheelbarrow.

Alfie can smell it…spring is definitely in the air. Time to load up on antihistamines.

It is a wonderful thing to be able to work at home and enjoy this every day. I am grateful for this every waking hour.
