Four o’ clocks…

Black-eyed susan vine taking over the house…

Some daisies and borage in the background…

Butterfly bush…
There’s not a lot, but what’s there is looking good.
A place for my photos and thoughts and stuff.

She’s got a stomach full of chicken and kibble and she’s ready to rock.

Alfie’s such a goof.

Looking stylish, as always, Mr. Owl!

It’s called a Li’l Pum-kee-mon. No joke.

Anna’s hummingbird babies. Not a great photo, but I never got too close to them because I didn’t want them disturbed. They got fat. They fledged. Circle of Life!

Like a painting! One of the best of the year so far.

Asiatic lilies gone wild!

With dog, for scale.

Yellows…

Reds…

Pinks…

And one weirdo that can’t decide…
There were also a few whites that I missed. The day-glo orange ones did not make an appearance this year.

Wild and free!

Nasturtiums still going strong…

Golden poppy, one of THREE…WOW!

One last iris, a totally different color from the rest…

A sword lily. I had no idea we even planted one.

Last of the ranunculus…

Bachelor’s buttons…the bees love them.

The Meyer lemon is going nuts!

Geraniums still cranking out the blooms. A lot of our geraniums were brought from our old house. And a couple were there when we moved in 30+ years ago. I’m sentimental about them.

New flower bed, for future blooms!
