I offer it without apology…

“I dindoo nuffin’!”

Just a gal with her stick…

Zoomies!

Things are about to get a bit bitey.

Puppy tummies are the best. Not much else to say here.

Cankle power!

Puppy ‘tocks!

“I dindo nuffin’!” but with ears standing up.
A place for my photos and thoughts and stuff.

Also a joy to see this piece of classic signage, straight outta the mid 1940s…

Cutie pie, bringer of chaos. A great many of the plants you see in these images will be gone shortly, for the protection of one who puts *everything* in her mouth.
R. I. P. backyard garden.

A casualty of COVID…the weird and wonderful Angelo and Vinci’s in Fullerton. The food was never of world-beating quality, but the decor made the experience of eating there great fun.
Just to refresh your memory…here was Josie in week 1.

Here she is a week later…

I’d say she grew a little.
From the guys who brought you the ultra-low budget and amusing monster spoof “Lake Michigan Monster,” comes the story of a trapper and the toothy rodent army he goes to war with. It’s clever, dumb, visually amazing, and dam funny.

Optometrists have the best, most steampunk looking medical equipment.

Taking in her big back yard.

First day in a new home calls for a nap. This dog — who has become known as momdog — had a “heartbeat.” Josie had 6 siblings — sleeping alone must have been scary.

She found it comforting and it was SO CUTE! This phase would not last long, but it was adorbs while it lasted.

Blue Plate Special at the Crab Cooker in Newport Beach!

I love the interior of this place.

Not on the menu.

Until next time!
…as anyone who has seen enough of my photo journals already knows. But when we got a call that we were going to get the new doggo a week ahead of schedule, we frantically started eating at our favorite places knowing we wouldn’t be able to do that together for awhile.

My favorite brand of tea. Accept no less than Tea Meister LEGEND! (It’s the cheapest…)

Mystery pastry box! Not the best, but not the worst either.

It’s like “Where’s Waldo?” except it’s find K!

Seriously, I could eat one of these every day.

Pork katsu. Seriously, the amount of meat used to take up most of its half of the plate, so that’s sad, but occasionally, I’ve got to have it.

See you soon, Mi-Tan!
