Oh that 1960s office block architecture!
A place for my photos and thoughts and stuff.
Oh that 1960s office block architecture!
Flowers, greenery, and a full lake!
A wholesome family outing.
A popular photo spot. Probably trampled flat by the end of the week by people taking graduation, wedding, etc. photos.
One of my favorite trees. It takes the path of least resistance.
Relaxation.
It’s beautiful to see the lake full again. It’s a natural lake so it’s a good drought measurer.
Beautiful park, beautiful clouds.
…that I live in a place full of flowers, big skies, and barns! And it’s not just a hiking path behind a strip mall with a house that looks like a barn in the distance.
Pretty darn well, thanks!
The orange and blue color combo makes me so happy!
Look familiar?
I love these little guys. So dang cute.
To get to the other side. Where the special and delicious French pastries are! Except that the bakery was closed.
Wild and free!
Nasturtiums still going strong…
Golden poppy, one of THREE…WOW!
One last iris, a totally different color from the rest…
A sword lily. I had no idea we even planted one.
Last of the ranunculus…
Bachelor’s buttons…the bees love them.
The Meyer lemon is going nuts!
Geraniums still cranking out the blooms. A lot of our geraniums were brought from our old house. And a couple were there when we moved in 30+ years ago. I’m sentimental about them.
New flower bed, for future blooms!
Tulips…
Clivia…
Primroses…
Nasturtiums…
Poppies…
Ranunculus…
Camellias…
Alyssum and shasta daisies…
Daffodils…
…and also those awesome dutch irises.
Thank you, atmospheric river!
Wild mustard going nuts at Clark Regional Park.
